The sky® high performance building design complements the building solutions SCI has to offer and fulfills the demand for more energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and overall healthier buildings. The sky® is budget minded and performance focused and meets LEED and CHPS certification standards.

Pre-approved by the Division of the State Architect (DSA), the sky® is designed to provide a flexible building solution with two distinct plan options and four exterior forms. Adaptable options allow you to configure your building specifically for your site, orientation, budget and program requirements.

The sky® will achieve significant reduction in energy usage as compared to Title 24 baseline, abundant natural light, and present a quiet, healthy and low maintenance environment in a secure, permanent building.
