Silver Creek Industries Secures New PC

Recently SCI secured a pc (pre-checked) approved set of plans from the state on a slab on grade modular building. This new design already approved by the Division of State Architects will allow SCI to further broaden its customer base as this building can be configured to be very custom and is a form of permanent modular construction. While permament, it still has all of the other advantages of modular including being 40% faster and 30-45% more economical than stick built.
